The background to the assignment is that our client's IT support needs to be strengthened with new employees to replace existing consultants who are finishing their assignments. The role of IT Support Technician primarily involves managing orders, resolving incidents, and answering user inquiries via the ticketing system, phone, and helpdesk. The role also includes installation and troubleshooting of both hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming cases in the ticketing system

• Ensure correct information, classification, and prioritization of cases

• Manage and resolve incidents according to applicable SLA/OLA

• Install and troubleshoot both hardware and software

• Act as a dispatcher and forward cases to the appropriate handling group

• Manage the dispatch of ordered software

• Add or remove various types of permissions

• Administer user accounts

• Document solutions and procedures for known errors in the knowledge base

• Provide support during internal and external live broadcasts

Requirements

• The consultant must have an IT-related education, such as a high school diploma or vocational training in IT.

• At least one year of work experience as an IT Support Technician.

• Experience with permission management in Active Directory.

• Experience in installation and troubleshooting of client hardware.

• Experience with the Windows 11 operating system and basic networking in the role of IT Support Technician.

• Experience managing orders and incidents in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with orders and incident management in ServiceNow.

• Experience broadcasting video or audio over the internet, such as through streaming or live broadcasts.

End Date: 2028-05-04. Possibility of 1 + 1 year, i.e., until 2030-05-04.

Scope: The assignment is expected to correspond to a full-time position (100%). Location: The assignment will be carried out at the client's office in Sundbyberg. Remote work is not applicable. Travel to other client offices in Sweden may occur. Security Clearance: The assignment requires completed security clearance and background check.
